Franchisor Invitation
Kimco invites franchisors to participate in our FastTrack program so that your franchisees can get their new businesses up and running in the most efficient time frame possible.
The process is as follows:
- Franchisor provides Kimco with specifications of desired locations
- Kimco provides franchisor with list of potential spaces
- Franchisor pre‐approves selected spaces that fit their expansion strategy
- Kimco will market currently empty spaces to your prospective or current franchisees through window signage, website presence, and regional representation.
- Franchisee can contact Kimco to visit and eventually lease space or potential franchisee can visit space and be connected with franchisor for eventual lease.
