Administrative Assistant

New Hyde Park, NY - ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking an Assistant to our Western Region Director of Specialty Leasing based in our New Hyde Park office. Responsibilities will include abstracting lease information, preparation of internal correspondence and documents to tenants, collection and processing of income received, including following up on any arrears. Will also collect and track sales data, handle monthly mailings, and assist in researching new ancillary income programs. Individual must have strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Constant Contact a plus. The individual must be ambitious, well organized, detailed oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The right candidate will be able to multitask and will have the ability to excel in a fast paced environment. Experience in commercial real estate is required and experience in legal work is a plus.
