Individual must be detail oriented and proficient in all administrative functions relating to real estate including written and verbal communication with tenants, vendors and customers. Duties would include developing and maintaining files, records and property information, handling work orders and maintenance issues, generating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets, and all front end office functions. This position requires a minimum of 4 years experience in property management as an administrative assistant in a corporate environment, a strong sense of urgency with exceptional follow-through and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, and outlook.
