Granite Bay, CA - ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to report to our Property Manager in the Granite Bay, CA office. This person will be responsible for coordinating fire prevention, monitoring and inspections, maintaining Emergency Response plans for each site, monitoring vendor insurance for expirations and keeping current, maintaining purchase order work log, assisting in dispute resolutions between tenants, monitoring tenant changes and handling Tender letters and compiling occupancy reports. Candidate will also scan and post to NetDoc's all inspections, vacancy and HVAC reports, address code violations, construction project documents, recurring service contracts and other property documents; enter budget data into REALM, collect data for budget review, collect bids from contractors, review, code and process all vendor, utility and supplier invoices, process tenant chargebacks and reclass invoice coding errors, preparing permit applications for execution, periodical site inspection with Property Manager. The Property Management Assistant will be responsible for handling all travel and calendar arrangements, entering Property Manager's expenses into concur, screening all calls, in-coming mail and creating documents in MS Office. Candidate may also be required to drive to site locations on occasion.
