Food trucks have become one of the most popular new food trends to hit the market. Their convenience and delicious food make for a great combination to attract foot traffic and serve quick, on-the-go meals to those who stop by.

Last month, Kimco’s White Lake Commons in Clarkston, Michigan jumped on their popularity with its annual food truck rally, in partnership with Neiman’s Family Market. Starting at 5 p.m., the rally was full of delicious food, lively music, and great fun. Despite a bit of rain, residents came and filled the 800-spot parking lot, huddling under umbrellas with friends, neighbors, and a few furry four-legged family members. Even some superheroes decided to show up!

The food included everything from pizza and hot dogs (or Coneys, as they’re called in Michigan) to sushi, stuffed baked potatoes, and more. With over 15 food trucks to choose from -- including The Mean Weenie, Delectabowl, and Crepe Day-Twah -- there was no shortage of delicious meals for everyone. Add in live entertainment and a beer garden, and the event was a fun-filled success. Take a look!
