Mill Station

  • Development
  • Completion Date: 2019

Mill Station is a new, open-air shopping destination at the former site of the Owings Mills Mall in Baltimore County, Maryland. Anchors for the approximately 620,000-square-foot development include Costco, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Giant Food, Marshalls, HomeSense, Burlington, Five Below and AMC Theatre. In total, Mill Station will house up to 25 national, regional and local retailers and restaurants in a modern, open layout with ample parking, green space and pedestrian-friendly walkways. The grocery-anchored center is situated directly off I-795 and adjacent to the Owings Mills Station stop on Baltimore’s Metro SubwayLink. The re-imagining of the former enclosed mall breathes new life into the Owings Mills community, with a design and tenant mix that better reflects the desires of local shoppers and the character of the area. To complement this town center, robust tenant mix and transportation hub, Kimco has received full entitlements to develop 400 multifamily apartment units behind Lowe’s and Costco
