Kimco has partnered with Toll Brothers to create 148 apartment units at the property’s southeast corner. The project, tentatively named “The Miller” will be 6 stories above ground and 3.5 levels underground parking with Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture. The parking will be self-park onsite.
